Here you will find our general terms and conditions.

Voucher

• Redemption can only be made on site at the Blaueishütte during opening hours.
• The voucher and any remaining credit can be redeemed until the end of the third year after the year in which the voucher was purchased
• The voucher can only be redeemed before completing the order process. Subsequent offsetting is not possible.
• Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
• The voucher can only be used to pay for food, drinks, other hut items and accommodation fees and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
• Voucher credit is neither paid out in cash nor earns interest.
