Team

The Blaueishütte is already managed in the third generation by the Hang family from Ramsau. In 2010 Raphael junior and his wife Regina took over the management from Raphael's parents - their 3 children also live predominantly with them at the hut. Raphael III knows the hut life like no other - he grew up on the Blaueishütte. As a state-certified mountain and ski guide and active member of the Ramsau mountain rescue team, he is a competent contact person for all alpine matters. Regina also comes from a mountain-loving family and has grown to love life amidst the mountains..

The most important man in the kitchen is Frederik - our hut chef. Since 2022 he always spoils the guests in a good mood with fresh specialties and great creations.

The team is completed with our girls and boys from Germany, Slovakia and Argentina - who take care of all the work around with a lot of commitment and drive.

In the DAV section Berchtesgaden, Alex Gaisbauer in particular, as hut consultant, takes care of all constructional matters around the Blaueishütte with a lot of voluntary commitment.
